Our reservations diary is currently open until July/2026, and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Any reservations beyond this date will be released and announced first via our newsletter and later on social media channels. Please ensure you sign-up for our newsletter and follow @sampa_restaurant to be the first to know.

All reservations require a no-show fee at the time of booking, which is subject to our 7 days cancellation policy.

ACCESSIBILITY
- SAMPA is located in a listed-building with no accessible platform lift, making it not accessible for wheelchairs.
- We are able to print our menus in larger fonts.
- Please get in touch with us if you have any queries about accessibility.

DO YOU RECOMMEND ANY ACCOMMODATION?

​There are some very nice hotels situated a few meters away from us, including The Cow Hollow Hotel, The Crown & Anchor Manchester and Lushpads Northern Quarter. We're also always happy to arrange taxis for you.

HOW LONG DO WE NEED TO ALLOW FOR THE EXPERIENCE?

The seat is yours for the whole night. However, we estimate that our tasting menu lasts between 2:30 hours to 3 hours.

PREPAYMENT & NO-SHOW FEE
At the time of booking, we will request a no-show fee of £30/person - to be taken only in case of you not showing up for your booking without cancelling in time.

CANCELLATION
Cancelling your reservation less than 7 days before your visit will result in the loss of your no-show fee. 

CHILD POLICY
Our policy is that babies or children are not allowed in the restaurant. The environment and dining room layout make it unsuitable for anyone not old enough to be able to sit as guests partaking in the full experience. We also have our other guests to consider and to ensure everyone can enjoy a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. The physical restrictions of our listed premises also make it difficult for the access of prams. Regrettably we are also not equipped with highchairs or baby changing facilities.

DRESS CODE
There is no dress code at SAMPA.

DOGS
We're able to accommodate one small dog in our office per evening. Please contact us for more details.

GETTING TO SAMPA
Public Transport: For Train, MET or Bus - Manchester Piccadilly Station is a five minute walk away from SAMPA and Manchester Victoria/Shudehill are a fifiteen minute walk from SAMPA.
Parking: There are two large car parks within a 3 minute walk of SAMPA, Port Street Car Park and TPS Newton Street Car Park
